How do I request a refund?
Our tickets are non-refundable as per the Terms & Conditions listed on the ticket purchase page.
Date changes are subject to ticket availability. If you ticket has expired, please contact Guest Services with the following information to see if you are eligible for a date change
When you have a new date and time, please send us:
- Name of Purchaser
- Email used to purchase ticket(s)
- Booking ID code
- New date for the tickets
- Which park (Nickelodeon Universe, DreamWorks Water Park, The Rink, Blacklight Mini Golf, Angry Birds Mini Golf, Mirror Maze, TiLT Museum, Legends of the Hidden Temple Ropes Course, or Geoffrey's Express Toys R Us Train)
- Email all information to guestservices@americandream.com or call 1 (833) 263-7326
