What if I am late? When do I have to show up?

If you have tickets for DreamWorks Water Park or Nickelodeon Universe, your tickets are valid for your selected time session. You can arrive at any point within your time session, just keep in mind that the later you arrive, the less time you will have within the park. If you are running past your scheduled time session, please contact Guest Services (guestservices@americandream.com//1-833-263-7326) to request a date/time change. Please do this before your ticket expires.


If you have tickets for The Rink, Angry Birds Mini Golf, Blacklight Mini Golf, the Mirror Maze, or the TiLT Museum, your ticket will show you your 15 minute arrival window. If you will be later than this arrival window, please contact Guest Services to have the time on you ticket changed to a later time. (guestservices@americandream.com//1-833-263-7326)
