How much is parking?
American Dream offers convenient parking to all guests. The first thirty minutes of parking is free, thereafter, guests are required to pay $5 per vehicle (taxes included) for the duration of the visit.
Here are our recommendations for where to park while enjoying your day at American Dream. Reserve and pay for parking in advance through ParkMobile.
How Parking Payment Works
Take a ticket upon entry to the parking deck and save it for use when you leave. At the end of your visit, you can pay one of three ways:
- Credit card or digital wallet payments are accepted at 40+ pay stations located throughout American Dream. Simply insert your parking ticket and a fee will display on screen and prompt you to pay.
- Cash payments are accepted at pay stations, located on the ground floor of each parking deck entrance, in addition to Guest Services desks at Court A, Level 1 and Court C, Level 1.
- Pay by phone through the ParkMobile Parking app. Simply download or open the app, scan your ticket to validate, and insert your parking ticket at any exit lane as you leave the garage.
- Credit card or digital wallet payments are also accepted at all exit lanes by inserting your parking ticket before exiting.
MetLife Stadium Event Parking
American Dream welcomes MetLife Stadium guests! We’re conveniently located across the street from MetLife Stadium, and Lots 26 and 27 are open for parking during concerts, games, and events. Both lots are available for pre-pay only through the following:
- Reserve ahead through our partner ParkMobile to pre-pay for Lot 26 or 27. Visit ParkMobile to reserve now.
- Pay by credit card upon arrival to Lot 26 or 27. No cash accepted onsite.
- On game days, show your New York Jets or New York Giants prepaid parking pass upon arrival to Lot 26 or 27.
Parking Rates*:
- New York Jets game days, $45 per vehicle
- New York Giants game days, $30 per vehicle
- Concerts or other events, $40 per vehicle

MetLife Stadium Event Days & Validation Program
When parking at American Dream on days when there’s an event taking place at MetLife Stadium, please be aware of our special parking rates and validation program.
Event Day Parking Rates:
- Under thirty minutes, parking is FREE
- Four hours or less, the parking rate is $5 per vehicle
- Over four hours, MetLife Stadium event rates will apply*
*If you spend over four hours visiting an American Dream attraction, show your ticket confirmation to validate your parking ticket at admissions. Your parking fee will be reduced to $5 per vehicle.
